I am proficient at negotiating mortgage terms and rates to meet clients’ financial goals, extending my services beyond homeownership.

As a Mortgage Analyst at a private MIC (Mortgage Investment Corp.), I honed my skills in creating comprehensive deal reports, underwriting mortgage investment files, and building strong relationships with brokers and borrowers. I also assisted with renewals and refinancing, ensuring a seamless process for clients.

During my tenure as a Mortgage Specialist at RBC, I specialized in residential financing, offering flexibility by meeting clients at their convenience, even outside regular banking hours.
